Our Ranch
Est. 1924
The Z Triangle Ranch was built in 1924 by Jimmie Minotto an Italian Count. Jimmie tried his hat in the cattle business with a herd of 200 steers. Later he became the dominant dairy man in Phoenix even running for Arizona governor in 1935. In addition Jimmie worked for President Truman in the reconstruction effort after WWII.
In the 1980s Rex and Ruth Maughan, founders of Forever Living Products, purchased the Ranch. The Maughans were great care takers of the Z Triangle Ranch for 40 years, where they made many improvements to the main adobe house and properties ranching operations. The Maughans grew their cattle operations in the area through the acqusitions of many additional nearby ranches. The Maughan operations and ranches are well known and respected in this area.

Andrew and Christine Gutierrez, natives to Arizona and current owners of the Z Triangle Ranch, purchased the ranch in December of 2022. Currently they are working on restoring the ranch house and the cattle operations. This website will give you a peak inside the process.
